In the beginning of Happy Mall Story, there are two starting shoppers known as Male Shopper and Female Shopper. The starter shops available (after the tutorial) are the Book Shop, Burger Shop, Male Toilet, Female Toilet, and the Vending Machine. New shoppers can be introduced through investments, such as the Office Lady and Best Friends. Investments appear once you build new shops.
